Nicole Andrews is the President and CEO of HomeGrown LLC. For over 14 years Nicole has served her communities by working in Early Childhood and K-12 administration and classrooms; with a focus on centering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within her work. Nicole has been a leader in fair housing advocacy and support for individuals facing homelessness. As a Mental Health Practitioner, Nicole has experience working with youth and families across the country from Southern California, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Southeastern MN. Her passion for equity is seen in her work helping to develop equity strategic plans for school districts and business, in multiple trainings, facilitation of equity centered work, and as an IDI® Qualified Administrator. Nicole is motivated through personal and professional experiences, and will continue to strive for equity, access, and opportunity for all children and their families.
