Her background includes facilitating interactive workshops/courses in leadership, teamwork, communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, Catherine is experienced in curriculum development, conducting needs analysis, and program management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science, Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul, is certified in Real Colors®, and is an IDI® Qualified Administrator.
