About Us

HomeGrown LLC is a holistic organization that takes a culturally responsive approach to helping organizations grow their capacity for implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.  We tailor fit each consultation, facilitated training, and workshop based on the needs of individual organization. Our facilitators work collaboratively to provide a training experience for employees that makes a lasting impact beyond those who are in attendance. We help to guide policies and procedures that can be translated throughout the lifetime of the organization and that are just as dynamic as the equity work that we provide.
