With decades of education, development, facilitation, and advocacy HomeGrown LLC's team are experts at customizing our trademarked curriculum to fit individual organizations. We take our passion and dedication for learning and lived experience, to engage with communities to center and amplify their realities in each training.
HomeGrown LLC was founded by an Early Childhood Educator and employs former educators who understand learning styles, concept development, and whole child-whole family approaches to learning. The staff at HomeGrown LLC are dedicated to making the world a more equitable place one organization at a time, by developing places of business that are intentional, intercultural, and inclusive.

Nicole Andrews
President & CEO
For over 14 years Nicole has served her communities by working in Early Childhood and K-12 administration and classrooms; with a focus on centering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within her work. Nicole has been a leader in fair housing advocacy and support for individuals facing homelessness. As a Mental Health Practitioner, Nicole has experience working with youth and families across the country from Southern California, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Southeastern MN. Her passion for equity is seen in her work helping to develop equity strategic plans for school districts and business, in multiple trainings, and facilitation of equity centered work. Nicole is motivated through personal and professional experiences, and will continue to strive for equity, access, and opportunity for all children and their families.

Catherine Davis
Director of Curriculum & Development
Catherine Davis is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience in the education, for-, and non-profit sectors. Her background includes facilitating interactive workshops/courses in leadership, teamwork, communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, Catherine is experienced in curriculum development, conducting needs analysis, and program management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science, Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul, is certified in Real Colors®, and is an IDI® Qualified Administrator.
